EPepe Saya butter comes in many different forms. From blocks to logs of butter, we cater to all requests. Within this myriad of uses, one of the biggest stars of them all is our cultured, hand pressed butter sheets. We have started producing something that is very special to us here at Pepe Saya, and we think it will awaken your pastry production.
Each butter sheet has a different percentage of culture, starting at 30%, to 60% to our classic Pepe Saya 100% cultured butter. Over a three year period, Pepe has consulted with the great pastry chefs and industry leaders to develop the best Australian butter for pastry. We have handcrafted these three butters to give you a choice in flavour, lamination and texture.
The butter sheets are made fresh daily, and are made to order in two sizes. The traditional rectangular shape (280mm x 200mm), or the square option (280mm x 280mm).
